Returns & Lifetime Warranty – Bububoxed

Returns

All Bububoxed products are backed by a lifetime warranty. If your item ever breaks or becomes defective due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll replace it—no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@bububoxed.com. Please do not send any items back without prior authorization, as we will not accept unsolicited returns.

Note: If you're located outside the United States, return shipping times may vary.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@bububoxed.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, the fastest method is to return your current product (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.


EU 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you're in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days of receipt for any reason. Items must be in original condition, with tags and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received a refund, please contact us.
